Poll: does your organisation synch Raisers Edge with Graduway? Yes or No

Just a Yes or No will be helpful.

If you have time to explain why you do not import information to RE, please do. I am trying to persuade my boss that it's not as straight forward as iSams with Importacular ?

If you do, have you discovered a ? third party app that synchs ‘magically’ the two with just a click, or do you use RE import function after spending too long tidying up the Graduway export (eg to match our taxonomy) including removing the pesky hidden characters?

How much information do you have on Graduway users on RE?

After trying all things, i found that it is slightly quicker, but equally boring, to go into each constituent record and update any changes or add new information there. I highlight dates of the changes on the export using conditional formatting.

We do sync info with Graduway but I have set up "Graduway" types of information that I can look at easily and change to our type. One example is email and phone info. I have a Graduway email type, at the end of the week, I pull a query of them and if needed, do a global change to make them preferred. But we have limited the fields to be synced.

Thank you Kelly. It's a very good solution for synching emails and phones. I do synch Graduway emails with Importacular when I have a large number to do. It's a shame that the address fields on Graduway are not reliable.
