Does anyone use Formative and have it pass grades back to OnCampus? We had this working fine last year but now we keep coming up with an invalid credentials error.

    Have you updated anything in Formative recently? This help article details the steps that need to be taken in order to roster teachers & students from BBK12 to Formative.

    Hi Michelle, we definitely do have people integrating with them. You may be missing something in the config of your grading periods or other data validation that's getting tripped, I would suggest putting a support ticket in so we can take a look.
