Refunding a transaction

We had an individual accidently register twice for our event, and both registrations were processed through online express. Can anyone guide me on how to go about refunding one of the registration fees to this individual? Thank you! ?

Hi Megan,

You'll need to be in the OLE tab in RE then click the account drop down in the top right corner and select BBMS options. Once you've signed into BB merchant services, go to the transactions then transaction search. Use the search parameters (e.g enter the date of transaction) and press search. Find the transaction you wish to refund and in the far left of the screen before the date there will be 3 little dots in a circle. Press these dots and select refund.

You can also access BBMS directly (outside of OEL) through your browser at bbms.blackbaud.com. Same process, log in then transaction search and click the three dots.
