BBID Setup Limitation

I am trying to set up BBID for account creation when someone submits an application on our site. The default text that is displayed in the Login Set-up dialog under "Create An Account Confirmation Text" exceeds the limit of 150 characters. And more importantly, the limit of 150 characters makes it extremely difficult to provide a useful, friendly message.

I submitted a case about this issue and it was suggested that I submit an idea, which I have done. Please vote for this idea:

In the meantime, does anyone have any workaround ideas for this limitation?

Hi Eleanor Rizzo‍ - we have a short message that says "A My Belen account has been created for you using the email address of [user e-mail]. Please check your email to complete your account setup."


The email they get to validate the account has additional instructions. You can edit that email under Communication > Notifications > EMS User Invited to BBID.

Any movement on this for you, Eleanor? We're looking to change our messaging as the deadline is coming and seeing the same limitations.
