Is there an easy way to add a survey to an Online Express Email?

I mean, you could probably create an image of your first survey question, insert it into your email body, and then link the image to your actual survey page. The survey itself would not live in your email, but the clickable image gives the appearance of an integrated survey. I've received a number of emails from other orgs that seem to operate this way.
