How can you export participant address and billing address from OLX Events?

We are quite new to using Events and also OLX Event forms. We want to use it for a new fundraising initiative, and it will be important for us to know if the participant's address is different to the billing address used when completing the form. I've been testing this, as the form allows me to enter in my billing address online and then give a different registration address, but when I look at the details in the list awaiting processing, it only displays the billing address. I can't find a way to export both. The only place I've been able to find the correct address is after the gift has been processed, on the Participant list on the Event itself (not on the person's record on the Events tab). We really need this info asap, so ideally before we've processed all of the gifts that will be coming through. Does anyone know if it's possible?

Hi Amanda,

There is a solution that shows you how to download the Registration data to excel to view prior to importing into RE. BB Article 117073. Once you have the data in excel you could import the additional address into their RE record. Hope this helps!

I'm sorry for not acknowledging your post - I thought that I would get an automatic email if someone commented, but I didn't. Sorry about that, and thanks for taking the time to reply!

The solution in the article works fine for OLX donation forms, but sadly not for OLX Event forms. The Event export does not pull through the Registration address - only the billing address. We've had to use a donation form, even though it's not quite fit for purpose, because of this problem.
