Opportunities for a Prospect Plan and their interaction with Revenue Transactions
I have 2 questions: Once the Opportunities Committed Amount has satisfied the Accepted Amount, how do you remove the Opportunity from being available to other revenue transactions or how is it removed from the drop down of available Opportunities?
Second, when applying Revenue to a Opportunity, specifically through the ERB Revenue Batch process, is there a way to view the designations associated to a specific opportunity? We have prospects that have multiple asks each with multiple designations.

Hi Pamela,
The opportunity will still display in the drop down list in the ERB, regardless of status. However, it will display the status in the drop down list, so if the status is “Accepted” the user should not apply the revenue transaction to that opportunity (see screen shot below).

Regarding the display of the designations associated to an opportunity, once the opportunity has been selected the designations associated with that opportunity will be displayed in the designation drop down list. Should the constituent have multiple open opportunities assigned to different designations, I would suggest searching for the opportunity using the search form in the ERB instead of using the drop down list. The search results will list the designations associated to the opportunity along with the opportunity status. This is likely a better view for the user to determine which opportunity to select for the revenue transaction.
