Test - Online Express

Hi - I'm trying to set up a newsletter in Online Express, but the ‘test message’ function doesn't seem to be working?

Hi Kathy - Is this related to an error code when you submit your work email to receive a test, or are you not receiving the test message in your inbox?

I am not receiving the test in my inbox. The first test was sent over 30 mins ago.

I did receive your notification and other emails, so it's not my Outlook.

Yes. That's where it normally is, which is why this is strange. I've sent 3 in the past 30 mins, I normally have no problem receiving them.

I've also now tried sending to a back-up email with zero luck.

I am experiencing the same issue. To my work gmail account. Nothing in spam. Have closed and opened and refreshed and cleared cache.

I'm newish to this process, and need to get this email out today. Is this community our only solution to getting Blackbaud to address it or is there another method to get action?
