I am also in Canada. I just received my first email notification at 7:23 am Mountain time.

I did too, i wonder how we get the ones that were missed?

The ones we missed are still in OLX and can be downloaded into RE. The other big problem is that the donors have not been acknowledged or receipted. One donor called so I issued them a receipt by using the eReceipt URL found on the attribute tab of the gift. You can also find other useful information on the attribute tab like Tribute information.


I did read somewhere that Blackbaud intends to send these acks/receipts by mass retroactively.

I am having the same problem for two weeks now, getting online donations and not receiving notifications. I have spent at least 3 hours with representatives who can't seem to find out why this is happening. Did anyone find a solution?
