Official reports waiting to be approved

Our Official Reports are not getting approved in a timely manner because admin are super busy and forgetting to go into the “Core" to see if any are pending. Is there a better way? From what I know there is no notification that a teacher has written an Official Report that is awaiting approval. How do people handle this?

@Sara White we have the same issue. My division heads have asked for some type of notification. I wish I could give it to them but for whatever reason, of all the notifications available, official notes is not one of them. I don't have a good answer. I just tell them to check every day.

We have our Approvers logging into Academics and on the Home tab (landing page) - it shows how many Official Notes there are to approve - they all login in every morning and approve those ready for approval.

Hi Kathy, Thanks for posting this! Does this show for any official note in the system or ONLY ones that they are assigned as reviewers for?

The # (on my screenshot 4) is all that are ready to approve - when you click on that only the ones you have permissions to approve will show. I have 3 approvers and on some days they don't see anything when they click the number pending - they consider themselves lucky ---hehehe
