Hello,

We are running into an issue where some of our parents who are applying outside the United States (specifically parents currently in parts of China) are unable to create accounts and submit their application form. After some digging, it looks like the CAPTCHA on the account creation page does not load for them, so when they submit the form they're simply redirected back to the login page. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

    Hi Jess, I know that on occasion parents from China have difficulty creating accounts because of the way the internet functions in China. Not sure if this is the case with this or not, but support can definitely help with this and see what might be happening.
