Our parents are seeing the following message then they log into parent.smarttuition.com. Does anyone know the date the new URL will launch and when they will see the updated interface?

The URLs will redirect 1st week of December and the updates are planned to go live in January.

Yes all references to Smart Tuition will be replaced with new logos and branding for Blackbaud Tuition Management. Take a look at this Knowledge Base article, https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/117837, the new logo is attached.
