Question on Transactions

Hello Blackbaud Community,

Is it possible to add a customized question to sales order transaction? If possible, can the answers be tracked and complied in a report?

For example - Before completing a transaction a question would pop-up such as, “What is your zip code?” The guest would have to answer the question to complete the transaction.

Any advice would be most appreciated.
