We cannot login to BlackBaud's Altru solution this afternoon. I receive the following message:Unable to connect to database '3405B50C-FF5D-4770-AEAC-2D27BA20EC26'. The error was: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The remote computer refused the network connection.) Verify the following information: 1. The item in the web.config <connectionStrings> section named '3405B50C-FF5D-4770-AEAC-2D27BA20EC26' is a valid connectionstring. 2. The account that the web service is running under is a member of the BBAPPFXSERVICEROLE database role in the database specified in the connection string. 3. The SQLServer service is running on the server indicated in the connection string. 4. The max pool size is set correctly in the connection string for this server. The current setting is max pool size=250

Same. Nothing on the Status Page. Chat is spinning. Web forms and the CRM are down, so we are up the creek until all is resolved.
