Community Group Proposal Options

Hello!

Is it possible to restrict the options available to users when proposing community groups? We would like our students to be able to propose groups (we use these for our campus clubs), but I'd like for them to only be able to propose clubs in a specific category and for a specific membership type (i.e. Student Clubs category, membership type locked to Listed Everyone.) So far, it looks like it's an all-or-nothing type of setting. Has anyone had any success restricting the community group proposal parameters?
