Email From address

I need to change the From email address when a receipt is sent out. How do I go about making that change?

Hi @Renae Hunt!

I believe that receipt is probably under the Default Acknowledgment Email. That is under the Web tab and then under the Configuration section. Let me know if I'm thinking of the wrong thing though.

However, that, could possibly vary if particular receipt you're thinking about has a custom acknowledgment email.

Stupid quick question that sorta relates … is the text on an emailed receipt editable?

So I had to edit another email template - the one that is sent when someone buys a ticket at the desk - via Daily Sales. It is in Tickets and Sales Mehods? Lemme check…yes, and then you click on Daily Sales and then the tab, Itemized Receipt Options, then the email template to edit - I was relieved to find this in Knowledgebase….anyway, hope this helps too!

And then I was off the mark with what I wrote on this thread previously. I was referencing the Acknowledgment, which is still a thing, but is separate from the Receipt.
