Batch update of Revenue Category

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to change some 12,000 revenue records to amend the Revenue Category. Does anyone know of a way to do this? I can't import them as the Revenue Update batches are ‘batch entry' only and I can't seem to see a global change (out of the box) that can do this either. Clearly doing it manually isn't really an option!

    Hi Martin

    You can use the BVDL to create a revenue update batch. If you can export a list of the revenue you want to update, you can import it back via the BVDL and add that Revenue category in the import mapping. If you'd like a hand give us a shout, our team will walk you through it!

    I did try that but hit an issue with it not working. I emailed Tim but he's not got back to me yet. I was just trying to see if anyone had any other ideas as a work around.

    @Stacey Segal can you tell me more about BVDL, is this something that is readily available to everyone?
