Seating Chart Export

Good morning,

Our administrators would like our teachers to export and save their seating charts for contact-tracing purposes. While I have found a way to export the seating chart as a PDF by printing to Adobe, the seating charts get cut off and the scroll-bar is shown even when the window is resized before printing. Has anyone found a good way to export seating charts from class pages? The charts are only useful if our COVID team has a way to access them easily by class and date.

Hi @Jess Moxley - our teachers have been taking screens shots since the entire chart fits on the screen.

Good news: we have a print option coming with the 1/18 release. This should make it easier for faculty to print the seating charts.

@Jacqueline Koca Thanks for the heads up about the printing option! We're seeing the update today and it's appreciated. It would have been great if it was included in the “What's New” release letter as that is what I reference for letting our faculty know about changes.

We instructed our teachers to use Ctrl + P and that worked for us, but it's nice to have a button there now. Thanks Jacqueline and team!
