Adding Add'l Membership Attributes to OLX Membership Form

This is my first post, please bear with me. We are using the Membership module to handle our local diocesan newspaper publication subscriptions. I would like to add a Membership Field to the Subscription form so we can ask for parish location code, which are currently setup in donation forms as funds and attributes in events. Any ideas?

Good morning, Kelly. Unfortunately, we do not utilize the Membership module at our school so I cannot speak completely to that. I wanted to respond, though, to try and help.

I am wondering, in reviewing our donation OLX form, if you could use an Attribute for this? Gift Attributes are an option for us with the donations, and I know events also have them for participants because we definitely use those for most events to capture additional information.

@Kelly Coppage Unfortunately adding attribute fields are only possible on the Donation Forms, not the Membership Forms. I'm not sure why though. ?
