Bulk Upload of Candidate Files

Hello!

I've done a ton of digging and I cannot seem to find any way to bulk-upload user files to Enrollment Management rather than to Core. We have interview summaries that need to be attached to candidate records and we would rather not individually upload them. We want the file to be visible to our Committee Reviewers and we do not want or intend to give additional Core access to those committees. I could conceivably import the share URL for the files to each candidate record, but since OneDrive no longer allows URL shortening for share links, it looks like I'd be running into the max of 100 characters for admissions custom fields.

Has anyone had any luck bulk-uploading files to Enrollment Management candidate records?

    Can you create a step for miscellaneous files on your checklist and upload there? It isn't a bulk upload option but going forward would allow for committee review.

    Yes, the misc. file option is great for visibility from the committee, but we're looking for something with a bulk upload option. Otherwise we can share the folder of summaries via OneDrive and just have them manage with two windows open.

    Also looking for this exact thing. Thought it was odd that there isn't a bulk upload tool for Applications/no way for Core Files to be able to carry over to the Enrollment Management side

    @Jess Moxley What did you end up doing here? We do our application outside of Blackbaud with the state's university system, but we need a way to import the application PDF into the candidate profile for the review committee.

    Last year I had to upload 1200 applications individually since there is no bulk upload tool to the Enrollment Management side of things for things like PDFs to associate with a particular candidate.

    Still not possible. We also want to upload applications into Enrollment, but this isn't possible yet. Please vote on https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12OB-I-438 to make this happen.
