Class Query

I work for an arts organization that provides classes in various mediums (2D, Clay, Metals, Fibers, Wood, Glass) and our director of education wants to know how much money we brought in over certain periods of time based on classes & workshops people paid to take in the individual mediums (i.e. How much tuition money did we bring in on classes taught in our Wood studio last fiscal year?). Can anyone help? I've started down a path of an Events query, Sales query…help, please!

Have you tried the Total Revenue and Payment Report? You can download it as a CSV and then if the events have unique names, you can use a pivot table to see how much was earned for each program. - Tamara

We had not, but after going over it with our director of education and registrar, this is definitely the direction we need to go in! Thank you so much for the suggestion. Claire

If your classes are set up as scheduled programs with different price types (in Altru…) you can run a report located in the reports section of the sales tab called Program Revenue - you can set it up to filter by date and price type.
