Queue

Our Queue hasn't worked since Blackbaud merged our two RE databases back in 2020. Before the merge, queue worked in each of the databases. As a result, our NXT lists based on static queries can't be used because they are not up to date unless someone runs the query before looking at the list. The limitations in the filters especially in gift lists force us to use a static query for certain lists. But, as you should know, lists based on a static query will only show data that was available at the time it was last run. Anything added since that last run won't be shown in the list. Anyone else having this problem?

    If you refresh the static query and save it, and then go into Web View and refresh the list based on the static query - the list should update.

  • Yes. It does that but we had Queue set up to automatically refresh some 25 queries each day first thing in the morning. There were other reports that were set to run at specific times of the week and month. It doesn't do that and hasn't since the merging of the databases. Frustrating.
