Start Date and Scheduled Start Date in NXT

Hi everyone

I have created some events of type 'Class' in Raisers Edge (TRE). When you create an event and select the 'Class' type, the fields change. One of the fields that disappears is the “StartDate”, because TRE wants you to enter a schedule. But in NXT this date is not visible, even stronger, when you open the event in NXT, NXT indicates that the StartDate is mandatory!

Has anybody experienced the same? Is it possible to make the StartDate visible in TRE for an event of type 'class'?

    Oh good grief. Have not tried to schedule a class.

    Sounds like another case of incompatibility between db view and web view and some poor programming. If web view is to be the solution, fields/data needs to be visible.

    If you haven't gotten it to work, I would create a case for support and ask how you're supposed to enter required data in a disappearing field. LOL
