Thank you letters/Receipts / Changing language

Hi does anyone know how to update the language to the thank you/receipt emails donors receive after making a gift? Right now we are doing it one fund at a time because we haven't figured out how to do to it for all of them at once.

Hi @Kellie BurnsFranco - If you are referencing a confirmation following an online gift, you can update that content within the donation form set-up (for both NXT or OLX). If you are referencing the Gift Receipting feature in Web View, you cannot change the content of that beyond your Org's name/contact information. If I haven't answered your questions, let me know.

Austen, from what I understand the new NXT donation from does not offer receipt numbers, unlike the OLX one. It is up to us to manually generate and send receipts for each donor, with the new NXT forms. Can you confirm if this is the case?

Hi @Clement Girault - That is correct, NXT Donation Forms do not currently have the ability to receipt in the same way that OLX Forms do. If you are located in the US, you should have access to NXT Gift Receipting in Web View where you can receipt gifts manually.

We're not located in the US alas, so for us this is a deal breaker for NXT donation forms.
