Reporting on Enrollment Management Files & Forms

Hello friends!

Our admissions director would like to be able to pull a list of all candidates for whom interview notes have been uploaded. In the Visits, Interviews, & Events List I can pull in all interview fields except the file upload. Is it possible anywhere in the system to see whether a file has been uploaded or not? I can find plenty of ways to view this information individually on a candidate record, but nothing that would let me pull that information into a list or report. It seems a little crazy that I can't report on something like that, given that the rest of the interview record seems to be in the SKY lists already. Thanks in advance for your help!
