Location Table in Actions

Hello All,

We recently converted to NXT and RE and we are wondering how everyone is utilizing the location table within Actions. Our issue is that our Gift Officers want to use is as a catch all. For example Jo and Joanna's Tavern, Zoom, Denver, etc. How do you have the table set up?

  • I totally agree with @Austen Brown, when I need more detail I use an attribute. I haven't needed that since we added on the event module. Our gift officers include the location in their contact reports that end up in the action note field.
