Is there a one page donor profile report?

Does NXT offer a one page prospect or donor summary report? I'm pretty sure I remember the sales person saying there is one, yet I haven't been able to run one that pulls key info on one page (we went live Oct 2021)

I have tried running the individual and constituent profile in database view and the results are lacking: sparse bio info - no giving, no prospect data etc.

The profiles in database view can be modified to display the information you are looking for. As far as NXT goes, I am not sure you will find a one page document that is acceptable for printing.

I'm thinking that using lists you could put together a profile of information that your looking to retrieve. Set up a document in Microsoft Word that has merge fields of the information your looking for. Use the constituent lists or possibly the gift list? I've been playing around with them and finding them very useful. The negative is that not all information is available as it is in a query but probably for a profile it is possible. We could work together to come up on one if you want.

In RE go to records, open constituent, go to: file, print, constituent profile, open, then select any/all information you wish to include and format from the tabs, preview, print.

Thank you Pat! I ran this but it isn't exactly what I need. I'd like to customize it more to include prospect data, research notes and prospect photos. My mission is to generate research profiles from NxT rather than creating Word documents.

HI! Sorry for the delay! No new developments - my hope is to work on this over the summer. One other user suggested setting up a document in Word. I hope to tackle that soon and will let you know.

@Kristin Hagan Hi Kristin - was wondering if you settled on a report format over the summer? I am also in the process of trying to figure out how to generate a flexible donor report.

@Kristin Hagan and all. While there is nothing our of the box and a word merge is a good solution. If you wanted something on the constituent record, you could create and add-in button that kicks off a flow in Power Automate to create a profile.
