Letter box not showing on record

In RE NXT I just connected to Letterbox. In the set up instructions it says “NOTE: For initial setup, we are going to navigate to the Letter Box tile on a constituent’s page”. Well, it is not showing on the constituent's page. Has anyone had the same? I did email support, just waiting to hear back. Thanks

  • I found my Letterbox tile on the actual gift record (because I tried doing a single letter for a single gift first to test formatting).

    Hi @Veronica Renzo - You can access Letter Box by going to your “Home” screen, it will be listed within the Tasks tile.

    We had this come up last week - I could see the tile on the constituent record (right at the bottom) but a colleague could not. I was using Chrome but they were using Edge. It turned out that they needed to allow RedArc's cookies, and then it showed up.

    Thanks for the responses! But no, it is nowhere to be found…. I chatted with Red Arc support last week and was told “Looking through our authentication table, it looks like I’m not able to find an any authentication for your environment. What this means is that the tiles may not be displaying because I need you to re-authenticate. ” and I need to wait till today when they could help me. I am still waiting….

  • After several emails, a zoom screen share, disconnecting and reconnecting to the app, letter box is functioning! So if anyone has the same issue I suggest contacting Letter Box for help. Blackbaud will not help you- they are not responsible for any apps.
