Database entry rules and procedures for non-profits.

Hello Blackbaud community members,

Would anyone be willing to share examples of your organization's database entry guidelines that are used across the board by all Blackbaud users who enter gifts, new constituents, edit constituents, etc?

These are my presets for entering constituents from orders and mostly the same for when adding them due to gifts. Dates and appeals are changed according to what is in the batch.

Here are the presets for gift entry (we do not post to general ledger.)
