In case of a cumulative membership programs, we consider pledges when determining a membership level for a constituent. If/when a pledge is written off (cancelled) the level doesn’t reflect that. We are looking for a way to “downgrade” the level if a pledge is written off.
How it works now:
Constituent makes a $10k pledge - This puts them at level “X”
Constituent then cancels the pledge – They remain level “X”
How we would like it to work:
Constituent makes a $10k pledge - This puts them at level “X”
Constituent cancels the pledge – Membership level is recalculated; canceled pledge isn’t counted when determining the new level. New level is assigned
Does anyone have any suggestions how to handle this?
