Querying Solicit Code Dates

Hi friends!

Does anyone know if there's a way to query or pull a list of all of the solicit codes in NXT with date parameters?

I love that solicit codes have an “end date” in NXT, but I haven't been able to successfully create a list of those whose end dates have come and gone. Any tips?

Hi Carrie - Unfortunately, I think solicit code to/from dates only exist within Web View. I have heard some reports that these may be honored when utilizing solicit codes from Database View, but I recommend you test that out for yourself to see.

A good alternative to this is the consent feature, as these records are communicated back and are searchable within Database View.

I guess I'm fine with the data not really translating to database view, but I can't even query it in Webview - or run a list of those who have an “end date”. I don't know what good the end date does if I can see everyone who has one?

Webview is still in its infancy stage, with a lot of features still being built out. There are a number of filters in DB view that are not available in webview, hence why I still rarely use Lists in webview. There are also a number of gift filters not available in webview reports. I second @Austen Brown's recommendation to forward this in the Idea Bank, because Blackbaud uses our feedback there to select its next development priorities.
