Can a BBMS recurring gift batch in DB be moved to RENXT as a batch for use by power automate

We use an online form for credit card payments, both one time gift and monthly recurring. This form is tied to the DB and creates a batch. We use power automate to get our acknowledgment letters and it has to pull from a list in RENXT. To get that list we need the gift batch to be in RENXT, but to get that batch created under Gift Management in RENXT, we are having to delete the batch that was created in the DB. Does anyone have a better way to do this?
