NXT Email: Couple questions

2 questions regarding NXT email:

  1. Can we use NXT email and still use OLX donation forms on our website and/or in those emails?
  2. Using OLX email, we can add the emails as appeals on constituent records. Will using NXT email do the same thing?

    Hi @Anna Zimmerman - Yes, you can use NXT and OLX (plus all their features) simultaneously. Unfortunately, NXT email information will only appear within the "Email History" tile within Web View; this information is not communicated back to Database View.

    Anna, you may be able to add these as appeals manually. Using the same list in NXT that spawned the email blast, save this as a static query in db view. Then use Global Add to apply as an appeal. It should only add a few minutes to your processing time, and you'll benefit from having the information mirrored in both halves of the database, as well as getting a holistic marketing view.
