Hello. We would also like to know if it is possible to have a step that shows a summary of the transaction before the person clicks the last button on the donation form?

Hi @Ysandra Rodrigues - If you enable Blackbaud Checkout on your OLX donation/event form the donor will be presented with the total amount of their transaction as they are choosing their preferred pay method.

Hi @Austen Brown, do you have a video or screenshots showing how to enable Blackbaud Checkout? We don't have paypal. I need to see how it works before activating.

Hi @Ysandra Rodrigues - You can enable Blackbaud Checkout from within OLX, where you edit the elements of the form on the “Get Started” tab. Once it is enabled, donors will click on the “Secure Payment” button at the bottom of the form and be presented with this pop-up window:

The form I took a screenshot with has PayPal enabled, but seeing as you do not your donors will only see “Pay by card” and “or by wallet” as options. After clicking on “Pay by card” donors will confirm their email and address information (brought in from what they filled out on the OLX form) and then fill out their payment information - the top that is blacked out will display their email and address from the previous screen.

I recommend you test this out for yourself. Publish your current OLX form or create a new NXT donation form (you can utilize through a generated URL versus having to embed the form like with OLX), set the payment method to Blackbaud Checkout, and give your org a small donation while documenting the process that a donor experiences.

Yes, you can enable Blackbaud Checkout on an NXT Donation Form. You can build these forms by going to Web View > Tools > Donation Form Designer.
