Phone service recommendations

Hello.

We are beginning the process of evaluating options for a new phone service provider and looking for recommendations.

The following are some initial thoughts on requirements in a phone service provider:

  • To be able to receive calls in/out of CRM
  • Call out US as well as internationally
  • Have donor’s record available to verify information
  • Be able to add actions of call
  • Receive alerts and/or messages when something is in the queue
  • Add and process a donation from a call
  • Have system generate a weekly TY call list based upon criteria
  • Easy to use
  • Microsoft partner – interacts with Dynamic
