Lockbox Providers Recommendations

I'm really frustrated with our lockbox provider and I'm ready to give serious consideration to moving on from them when our contract comes up for renewal in a couple years. We've done a couple of RFPs in the past from large banks, but the quoted costs were just to prohibitive. There have to be more economical options out there. I would love to here who you are using for lockbox services, what you like about, and even areas where they could improve.
