Mail Merge Update

Hello everyone! I am new at pulling Acknowledgement letters and I see that RE has removed the Merge button due to the update. I've watched the video and read the documentation but I am still so confused. We have so many letters that need to go out and when I tried to pull them its not correct. Could anyone please let me know how you resolved this? I am open to all ideas.

It sounds like you need to set up a multi-conditional merge document that brings in letter content from separate letter templates based on a primary conditional. This is the conditional letter we have set up. We continue to add new IF statements each month as a couple letters change. The U drive is where I saved the letters before the update that cancelled merge. So, you can see the file path to each letter, what the letter is called… I hope the example helps you get your conditional letter set up! I love that we no longer have to print by letter code any longer.
