Written Off Pledges Not Showing in Committed Revenue

We include written off pledges in our committed revenue, and we have a couple of reports in Web View that use the "Gift amount committed" insight. Until recently, the gift totals displayed with that insight included all pledges, whether written off or not, which is how we need them.

Then all of a sudden this week I'm seeing that fully written off pledges are no longer being counted in those totals. Partially written off pledges are still being included (at the full pledge amount). We don't have the “deduct write offs” checkbox checked in our Committed Revenue Configuration (under Settings>Giving Analysis) and we had not made changes to our revenue settings or frankly made any changes that I could be behind this sudden change in reporting behavior.

Has anyone else experienced changes like this? Does anyone have a recommendation for how to show pledges, regardless of write off status, in our reports in Web View? Thank you in advance!
