Donor Management of Recurring Gifts

We're in the process of launching an online giving form using RENXT and want to offer the option for donors to register for recurring gifts.

However, I can't find any documentation or information on what the donor experience is like for recurring gifts. Specifically - how do donors cancel or modify their recurring gifts once they've registered? If a donor wants to pause/cancel/increase their recurring payments, how can they do this?

In NXT and OLX, there is no donor management feature. This only exists in Luminate Online (which comes with a heftier price tag).

Your staff will have to make any updates manually. You'll need to include verbiage on the recurring donation page, as well as all email acknowledgements, with information for how donors can contact your staff with such updates.

Hi Mitch -

I just attended the most recent product update briefing and according to Blackbaud, donor self-service login is rolling out widely to NXT in June. I am excited for this, as it will be a huge timesaver and will meet a need our donors have been requesting for years. Of course, it hasn't been rolled out to all of us yet, but if it works as outlined in the presentation, it will do this and will already be baked into NXT.
