BBID Notifications from the EM side

Hello everyone,

We just turned on BBID yesterday, we will only be sending invites to those candidates that have completed an application rather than for every inquiry.

We have set up a notification in EM that is labeled BBID invite, we assumed it would look the same way as the invite that comes out of Core however it is not. Yes, we are able to select our own wording but the issue is on the EM side there is no Nice looking Button that reads Accept Invitation as Core has on the EM side it's just a long URL that brings you to the login page of our website.

How can we get a working URL button on the EM side as they have on Core? Screenshots below

The HTML code for the Accept Invitation button in the “Blackbaud ID Invite - E-mail” is as follows. Maybe try adding this and testing it?

Unfortunately, it did not, I have since learned it is a placeholder that is hard built into the Core side. I did put in a Suggestion to add it on the EM side asap. You can vote on it too if you would like, maybe it will help push it along.

Hi Everyone, there's a new place holder for the invite! It works exactly like the placeholder in core, but without the extra html.

Sarah, where is the placeholder? I am trying to edit what the note says.

@Coco Parham - you can edit the notification in Enrollment management > Communication > Notifications > EMS User Invited to BBID.

The place holder is [accept_invitation_button]

I added the “Accept Invitation” button and it worked great. Also used your idea to include the full link.
