Synchronizing BB and Calendly (or any other scheduling platform)

Hi there! I wonder if anyone uses Calendly (or any other scheduling platform) with BlackBaud EMS to send automatic reminders the day before an admissions event (school tour, parent interview)? Any advice will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Answer to my question: Blackbaud cannot be integrated directly or through another application such as Zapier with Calendly at the moment.

While we/Calendly don't integrate directly with BlackBaud, you may find success with utilizing our Zapier integration. With Zapier, you can easily trigger actions in the other apps after a Calendly event is scheduled or canceled. If the software or database you are hoping to connect is a published app in Zapier that accepts actions, then you can integrate your system with Calendly. You can think of Zapier as the "middleman" between Calendly and other apps. This integration is a unilateral push only integration so Calendly can trigger actions through Zapier to your database, but you will not have the ability to pull data from your database into Calendly.
