    Coding records in RE - here are the entries that are being used in Banner and that would be imported into RE.

    System Code - Gender Identification

    • AGEN - Agender
    • GENQ - Genderqueer
    • MAN - Man
    • NB - Non-Binary
    • TRNG - Transgender
    • TRNM - Transgender Man
    • TRNW - Transgender Woman
    • WMN - Woman

  • Constituent attribute configured as a table. You might also consider a separate table for pronouns. I also recommend that you track consent. That is to say, has the constituent given you permission to share this gender identity information. Be mindful that identity at school and identity at home may not be the same. It's complicated.

    Hi @Marie Harris - At a past org, we tracked pronouns in a constituent attribute (table) and gender identity in the existing gender table. We only added/updated these when the constituent provided the information to us. Like @Jeannie Goings mentioned, this is can be complicated; I also recommend you employ the native consent tracking to keep track of associated consent.
