Using the widget to add Notes

Hi. Right now we use the widget to add Actions to a record, and this is incredibly helpful. Is there a way to add a Note rather than an Action? thanks!

Hi @Jodi Doane - Welcome to BB Community! I presume by “widget” you mean “NXT Workflow." NXT Workflows can support only two possibilities: adding actions to constituent records and sending emails to constituents. I recommend you check out the RE NXT Idea Bank and make sure this topic is represented.
