Pending Charge?

Hi all - I'm hoping you can help me out. Over the last few months, we have had a couple of transactions come through showing as ‘Pending’. We are unable to link them to a constituent nor delete the transaction. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to resolve? I did a KB search on this, but can't find anything on how to remove the pending charge. More information is on the attached photo - thanks in advance for any insight!

  • Is there a corresponding charge in your Card Processor? We use BBMS and when we have this “glitch” it is normally discovered because we received the funds but can't find the order. The Unresolved Orders area is how I have completed this but it depends on the permissions you have.
