Importing Core School Forms data into Raiser's Edge

At the start of each school year we put out a Volunteer form for parents to complete. This form is located in Core. We than import this data into Raiser's Edge. All this is manual requiring us
to export the data from Core, clean it up and then import it into Raiser's Edge. Is there an easier way to do this? Ideally, I'd love a dynamic flow of this data from Core into Raiser's Edge. I would like to hear how your school processes volunteer data.
