Creating Read Only/View Only User Roles

I'm trying to create a User that can see everything but not edit anything, but not finding enough information (or remembering enough) on permissions to set up this role. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi Shannon, I have attached a view only role .xml file for import that is typically used for conversion validation of CRM implementations. This role allows for view only access to most of the database features. I have also attached a basic constituent view only role .xml file that is limited to constituent related data.
