Segmenting Wealth Ratings in RE NXT

Good morning.

We are starting to develop and use a Predictive Index model. I am currently doing a lot of “manual” work in sorting and segmenting in Excel certain “groups” of donors AFTER I already have a Query/Export. I want to know if anyone has a best practice that once they have been identified and segmented into the groups you want- how do you “keep them identified” in RE without running the same reports and going through the same process?

My guess is using a table in Attribute, but I wanted to see what everyone else does.
