Yes, it is down in Connecticut too. I just spent a ½ hour trying to get through to them. She said they are aware of the issues, however, they haven't updated the status page yet.

It is not entirely down for us in Connecticut - every once in a while something works - but most of the afternoon it has been hanging. Perpetually “Loading”.
