Keeping Track of Consultant Agencies and Consultants

We are trying to connect not only educational consultants with students but also connect the consultants and candidates to the consultant agency. For example: Due West agency has 12 consultants. We want to go into Core and see how many of our candidates have come through Due West, but we also want to know which educational consultant was working with each candidate. How do you enter this into enrollment management and what is your best practice for reporting? Thank you!
