Query and export new email addresses from RE db

I'm working in RE db and need to regularly export all new/updated email addresses for both individual and organization records. I've been using multiple queries to capture contacts, relationships in both ind and org records, and then exporting to excel which then needs to be scrubbed and formatted. Cumbersome, tedious and perhaps not comprehensive process. Any suggestions, tips?

Export all new/updated email addresses for both individual and organization records. Use date last changed of email type for identifying the records.

@Mellanie Chen - I second what @Dinh Le has said, ‘Date Last Changed’ should get you what you are looking for. As for formatting these in excel there are a few formulas that may be able to make this a less tedious process for you, check them out here:
